- To initiate an exchange, please email Support@anartwork.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Once your email is received, our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
- Exchanges will only be accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping costs.
- Store credit can be used towards a future purchase on our website.
Please note that Swiezy Company reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the above requirements or if the exchange is initiated after the 30-day window.
